Membership Committee
This committee is to develop and expand all segments of the association's membership. The committee designs membership recruitment programs and recommends to the marketing committee projects that will enhance member retention.

Global Pet Expo Joint Operating Committee
This committee plans and coordinates all activities related to PIDA's efforts in the Global Pet Expo, co-sponsored with the American Pet Products Association.

Retailer Best Practices (Pet Store Pro)
This committee seeks out ways to improve distributors' retail customers processes, helping them become more competitive in the marketplace. Oversees the development and updates for Pet Store Pro, the free, online training program for pet store employees.

Market Research Task Force
The Market Research Task Force is to conduct research to identify the size of the pet product distributor/independent dealer channel and disseminate the results to pet product manufacturers and trade press.
