Since its introduction in February 2008, Pet Store Pro® has received rave reviews for meeting the industry's critical need for training. Funded by PIDA members and available to retailers at no charge, Pet Store Pro® covers critical skills for owners, managers and front-line employees.

Pet Store Pro® is entirely free to your customers—no registration fees, no subscription fees and no advertising—thanks to their distributor partners and PIDA.

PIDA's marketing campaign for Pet Store Pro® includes trade show outreach, direct
mail, advertising and PR. But we need your help to reach your customers.
